Please lend a hand. ** Business Sponsors / Program Advertising - We now have a formal letter presentable to businesses that outlines sponsorship options and the corresponding ad space in our event program. Copies of the letter are available upon request. Contact Danielle Gallagher to pledge a donation or request more info. Deadline for artwork submissions is February 10. If you own a business or think your employer would be willing to sponsor this event please contact us. ** This year some of our additional space will allow our event to have a more expanded marketplace. We are currently allotting spaces to vendors. If you or someone you know has a business selling items appropriate to our group’s interests and would like more information about selling at our event, please contact Jayne Hirsch or by phone at 631-676-5374 to inquire if space is still available. Happily our chapter is growing everyday. We have more member families now than ever before. Your efforts and cooperation are necessary to help make this event a success. Just a few hours can make a huge difference. Contact us to find out how you can help. Remember we are a 100% volunteer organization. We are almost all parents and are all busy. We can only be as successful as our combined efforts will allow. We are looking forward to seeing you and your families at this year's celebration and hope we can count on you to help us out. |
